We reserved an exclusive area for the first house promotion at “El Pinar de Bédar”.
Located next to the natural forest park which gives its name to the village, Lavanda offers, above all, the privilege of the sea view from one of the highest pine forest locations: the advantages of the mountain and the sea in perfect harmony.
For the houses of the first phase, we developed a typology perfectly balanced, fitted to the tastes and demands of the majority of our customers. The houses, scattered along a hillside in staggered arrangement, they offer maximum privacy in a natural environment.
Also, all homes have a private pool, garden, parking, and outside access from almost every room, with balconies and pergolas that embellish life in the garden.
The staggered arrangement invites the use of two main types of home: the top access, which we called type “Adela”, and bottom access, which we call “Elena”, with variations of each type for special cases.
The houses are distributed with three or four bedrooms, three bathrooms, guest toilet, private pool, garage, fireplace, barbecue, home automation alarm, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, heating…
